Our products are made using similar materials, finishes, sizes, and manufacturing processes. We operate our own factory and independently design and manufacture our lighting fixtures.
2. Why are your prices more affordable?
We focus exclusively on online sales and no longer operate offline retail stores, which significantly reduces overhead costs.
In addition, all products are manufactured in our own factories. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, returns are supported after you receive the product.
- The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item
- The refund amount will exclude our original shipping cost and will cover the product value only
To reduce return risks, we can provide photos and videos of the product before shipment. If you would like this service, please leave a note at checkout or contact customer service before placing your order.
4. Do you provide free replacement parts for shipping damage?
Yes. If parts are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacement parts.
Photos and videos are required as proof.
5. What if I encounter problems during installation?
We recommend checking all parts at least one week before installation to ensure completeness.
Our fixtures are designed for easy installation by a standard electrician.
If you encounter unresolved issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Can I get a full refund due to quality issues?
Yes. We support full refunds for confirmed quality issues (photos required).
You may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a replacement product
- Receive a full refund if you no longer wish to keep the item
7. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the package size:
- Under 40 inches: Courier shipping, approx. 7–15 days
- Over 40 inches: Ocean freight, approx. 35–45 days
For special or customized products, our customer service team will confirm the delivery time with you.
8. When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is typically available 1–3 days after the product is handed over to the logistics provider.
9. Are bronze and black the same color?
No. Bronze and black are different finishes.
If you require pure black, please confirm with our customer service team, as production processes differ.
10. I have a high ceiling. Can I customize rod or cord length?
Yes. If you have high ceilings, please contact customer service to confirm the required length of rods, cords, or chains before ordering.

No. lalyhouse chandeliers are manufactured in Asia, including China.
How do I clean my lighting fixture?
- Turn off the power before cleaning
- Clean metal parts with a soft cloth and mild soap solution
- Dry and polish with a clean, soft cloth
- Do not use metal polish, as it may damage the finish
Glass / Crystal Shades:
- Do not use a dishwasher
- Wash gently in warm water with mild soap
- Rinse and dry with a soft cloth
Wood Parts:
- Use furniture polish carefully
- Avoid contact with metal components
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty covering normal wear and tear.
Are your products UL listed?
