Order Processing Time
Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Note:
Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. If extended processing is required, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated timeline.
Shipping Timeframes
Total delivery time consists of processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Charges
Air Freight
- Delivered by FedEx or UPS after customs clearance
- Tracking becomes active once the shipment is handed over to the final-mile carrier
- We cover all shipping costs and import duties
Express Shipping
- Fastest delivery method with full tracking
- Customers are responsible for express shipping fees and any applicable import taxes, VAT, or duties
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery
- Recommended for large, heavy, or fragile items
- Oversized items exceeding 39 inches are shipped via ocean freight by default
- Tracking may not update during sea transit and will resume after customs clearance
- We cover all shipping costs and import duties
Taxes & Import Duties
- Air Freight & Ocean Freight: All shipping and applicable import duties are included and covered by lalyhouse
- Express Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.
Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours, but may take up to 72 hours to display updates, especially during peak shipping periods.
If tracking information does not update or appears delayed, please contact us at support@lalyhouse.com. Our support team will respond within 48 hours and assist with carrier inquiries.
Shipping Delays
While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances, lalyhouse will actively assist customers in resolving delivery issues and provide updates whenever possible.
Breakage & Damaged Items
We take great care to package all products securely. However, damage during transit may occasionally occur.
If your item or any component arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damage
Upon verification, lalyhouse will provide free replacement parts at no additional cost.
